Return Process

  Log into your SHIRO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original minimalist packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to SHIRO

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
